Online Ordering manual

This page explains the steps for an online order.

First of all you have to go to the specific products page which you want to order online.  On the top left hand corner you'll find a place where the quantity is mentioned .

The default quantity is one. If you need more than one of the particular product you could include that quantity in this box. After that press the button just on top of it mentioning "Add to Shopping list".  Then you will be guided to the shopping cart.

In this page you could view a summary of the product. If you change your mind of not buying the product you could press the link delete on the right hand corner. In the price section you could view the price according to the selected quantity. Suppose you thought of increasing or decreasing the number of quantity selected. Do not bother anymore, all you have to do is to type the required quantity in the small box (On the left hand corner) and press the " Recalculate" button which is given below.

Then your price will be changed according to the quantity. After that you get a text box as follows.

This facility  is provided for you to add a product quickly to your cart. In order to do that you need to know a redcorp part number. Simply enter the part number in the text box given and click the button "Add", your order will be added to your shopping cart. If you need to shop further click the text link at the bottom mentioning " Or click here to Continue your shopping".

Since it guides you to the homepage you could shop other products as you wish. After adding another product/s to your cart you will come across the same page.  By finalizing the products that you're going to buy simply click the button

"Order" at the bottom of this page. This is the page that you will come across after that. At the bottom you have two separate sections named " Returning Customer" and New Customer. These two sections are explained as follows.

Returning Customer

This section is for Account holders. After inputting your login and password you get the order page.

New Customer

By clicking the continue order button you will end up in the order page. 

In both above ways you'll end up in the following order page. 

At the bottom you have three delivery options as above. The shipping fee and the other details for each delivery option are mentioned in the page itself. By clicking an option you will be guided to a form as follows.

All you have to do is to fill the form as required and submit it. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
