Geographic Coverage
RedCorp originally ships
through the whole BENELUX (Belgium, The Netherlands & Luxemburg)
with a third party transport company according normal shipping costs as stated below.
However we accept orders from other European countries, and will ship
international order at a rate calculated according to the
actual delivery address.
Placing
orders
RedCorp offers its services
exclusively to Professional Users (companies, government, education,
medical care). RedCorp does not treat orders from Home Consumers.
When placing orders outside
of our web site, please confirm in writing by Internet, e-mail, fax
or letter. The following information should be included :

Do I need a login and
password to place an order on RedCorp e-Store?
If you are a new customer,
you don't need a login or password to place an order. Simply select
[New Customer] in the online order form and we will process your order.
You will receive your personal login and password by e-mail after your
first order, so you can follow your order and delivery online, and place
your future orders easily by logging in when entering our website. Our
online system will automatically recognize your profile.
If you are already a RedCorp
customer, enter the website with your login and password for an
easy ordering process, our online system will automatically recognize
your profile.
If you are a RedCorp customer,
but do not have a login yet, simply fill in the Customer registration
form HERE.
After placing an order, you
will receive 2 confirmations by e-mail.

The first one to let you
know that your order has been registered and is being treated.

The second e-mail will
be sent just after your order has been entered in our backoffice,
and will confirm you the full details of your order (products, prices,
payment method and delivery) for your approval.
Are the purchase contracts archived?
Yes the purchase orders are archived.
Delivery
period
Orders for products available
in Belgium will be delivered within 72 hours. Orders placed before Wednesday
evening for products originating from the United States can be delivered
the following week.
If, for reasons beyond our
control ( e.g. stock shortage, transport strike, courier delay, ...)
these period can not be met, we will do our utmost to deliver within
a reasonable time.

Goods ordered may be collected
from our offices during business hours (9h00 - 18h00) or the goods will be delivered to your premises by our shipping services , between
8h00 and 17h00 on the following terms :
- Belgium : 10 EUR (Excl.
VAT) for all orders below 1250 EUR (Excl. VAT)
- Luxemburg : 12 EUR (Excl.
VAT) for all orders below 1250 EUR (Excl. VAT)
- The Netherlands : 10 EUR
(Excl. VAT) for all orders below 1250 EUR (Excl. VAT)
- Free of charge delivery
for all orders above 1250 EUR (Excl. VAT)
If you require urgent delivery
of the goods or if you place an order from abroad, an "express"

Method
of payment
Subject to written approval
of our credit insurance, a credit period of 30 days from the date of
invoice can be granted. We require a written request and orders above
a value of 496 Eur excl. VAT.

Credit card payments

Return
of goods
Should the goods delivered
prove to be faulty or in any other way unsatisfactory, please ask an
RMA number by contacting our customer department (e-mail :
