We are currently looking for a (m/f): 

Account manager Function description:

The position will be based in Brussels.
Account Managers work on the "inside" receiving inbound phone calls and selling to our customers. Account Managers primary duty and responsibility is to give customers a "one stop shop" for all their computing solution needs. While receiving inbound calls, Account Managers use all the resources and tools available for inside sales (phone, fax, e-mail, & Internet) to build relationships with existing and/or new customers.

Profile:

• Candidates should have at least 6 months of professional frontline sales experience
• College degree is not required
• Ideal candidates must also be able to multitask, have good communication skills, as well as make and take large volumes of calls daily.
• They need to additionally have strong customer relation skills and work ethic.
• fluent in French, and Dutch (English is an asset);
• self motivated with ability to work/prioritise under pressure;
• integrity, team player and strong communication skills;
• IT freaks or geeks welcome…;
• accurate, detail-minded and team spirit;
• excellent oral and verbal communication skills, a proactive person who is structured and organized;
• No nine to five mentality.
